Classes in music, visual arts, dance, and theater
At World Upside Down, we offer classes in music, visual arts, dance, and students, to children, youth, and adults. Most of our classes run for the entirety of the spring and fall semesters, and students can jump in throughout the year. We invite you to sign up for a free trial so you can meet the teachers and find the best fit for you!

Music
Our music program helps students discover their voice, build skills, and grow a lifelong love of music—whether they’re just beginning or ready to take things to the next level. In our group classes, students explore rhythm, melody, and expression in a creative, supportive environment.
Visual Arts
Our visual arts classes are structured, standards-based art education experiences built on the respected Deep Space Sparkle curriculum. Students actively learn and apply the elements of art (line, shape, color, value, form, texture, and space) and the principles of design (balance, contrast, emphasis, movement, pattern, rhythm, and unity). Projects are guided by specific learning objectives that build technical ability, artistic vocabulary, and visual analysis skills.
Dance
Students build confidence, coordination, and stage presence as they learn choreography from popular musical theater numbers along with foundational steps in jazz, tap, and hip-hop. Our classes are high-energy, fun, and focused on technique, expression, and performance.
Theater
From center stage to behind the scenes, our theater classes offer students a chance to build confidence and creativity. They learn the fundamentals of acting, character development, and voice through fun, hands-on activities—including puppetry! Let your child’s imagination take the spotlight!

Step 1: Register on Procare

Step 2: Complete Your Registration
After your student has been accepted, you can complete your registration on Procare and download the app. We will email you to confirm details like:
- Start date
- Class
- Schedule
Step 3: Secure Your Spot
Our customer service specialist will send you an invoice for registration and tuition fees and will set up your payment plan. Once you make your first payment, you can secure your spot. When you set up your payment method, Procare will default to autopay. You can change this at any time.
Classes FAQs
What is the class schedule?
Most of our classes run weekly for both fall and spring semesters. We follow the Greenville County Public School schedule for holidays and vacations.
What ages do you provide classes for?
We have teachers who can provide classes for all ages of children, youth, and adults. The age per class is specified on the website. If you have a group of 4+ friends, we can probably launch any class that suits your need and schedule. Just reach out: info@worldupsidedown.org
What are the tuition fees?
Music, dance, and theater classes cost $70/month for four weekly classes. Visual arts classes costs $75/month for four weekly classes (this price includes supplies).
Registration Fee $100 / year (non-refundable)
Monthly payments must be made before the 1st of each month for the entire school year.
What is the payment schedule?
All tuition fees are due before students can start. After the first invoices have been paid, payments must be made monthly before the 1st of each month.
Monthly payments are charged for four weeks of tuition. December and March are prorated to three weeks in alignment with the Greenville County Public School holiday schedule.
Do you offer any tuition discounts?
We offer 5% discounts for siblings, veterans, and full-semester payments.

Do you prorate tuition?
We prorate tuition for the months of December and March due to Christmas vacation and Spring Break. We also prorate tuition for late starters but cannot prorate tuition for back pay and time missed due to illness or travel.
How does the free trial work?
Complete the registration form and work with our customer care representative to schedule a time to visit the class or classes of your choice. Not all classes or programs offer free trials, but most of our classes do. Students can attend one free trial class with each teacher before deciding whether or not they want to enroll in the class.
Do you have a referral program?
Earn $50 off your tuition for each student who enrolls in our program thanks to your referral. Make sure your referral lists you on their registration form.
